Privacy Policy — TDC The Driver Club

TDC Driver (tdc.novago.sg), published by Nova Go Pte Ltd and also known as TDC – The Driver Club (“the app”), is a multi-operator chauffeur dispatch platform. This policy explains what data the app collects from drivers and how it is used.

Data we collect

• Precise location data, including background location, collected while a driver has an active job, to enable dispatch, navigation, and live trip tracking. Location is collected even when the app is minimised or the screen is locked during an active trip.
• Account information: driver name and phone number, used to identify the driver and manage the account within their assigned operator.
• Push-notification token (device identifier), used to deliver job alerts.
• Trip activity data: job acceptance, status updates, and completion timestamps, used to manage dispatch operations.

How we use data

We use this data solely to operate the chauffeur dispatch service: assigning and navigating jobs, showing trip progress and ETA to the dispatch centre and passengers, and sending job notifications. We do not use data for advertising or profiling.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Location is shared with the operator's dispatch system and, during an active trip, with the passenger for tracking purposes. Each driver's data is scoped to the operator they are assigned to and is not shared across operators. Data is transmitted over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.

Retention and deletion

Trip and location records are retained as required for operations and applicable legal obligations. Drivers may request access to or deletion of their personal data by contacting their operator or us at the address below.
